
About Sarah (The Wall) Douglas
Sarah grew up playing soccer.
She loves working with young goalkeepers to improve their skills and learn to protect themselves. She has had amazing coaches growing up and she is driven to pass the knowledge that she has accumulated on to a new generation.
She has already been able to train over 100+ goalkeepers through Individual Training, Copper Mountain Soccer, High School Soccer, USA Soccer, and more.
She is a proud Mother of 4 Kids who all love Soccer and most of the time play Keeper.




Soccer Shocker!
This is the News article about the 5A State Semi-Final where Long Time Rivals – Jordan High School battled Alta High School. – Sarah (The Wall) was the Varsity Goalkeeper for Jordan High. This was an intense game!
Jordan Wins Against Alta
Both teams played an amazing game of Soccer with many shots on both keepers. In this difficult game going up against the previous reigning champion from 1999.
Sarah led the Beetdiggers to an amazing victory blocking the progress of the Hawks with only 1 goal scored against Jordan. (2-1)
This was the first championship run for Jordan in a long time. Sarah had a shutout on the game prior to this against Orem. (6-0)



Semi-Final Winner Jordan Advances
Jordan’s win in the Semi-Final brought them to the final games for the State Championship against Mountain View.
Jordan played their hearts out but ended up coming in 2nd place. With Mountain View winning 1st place. The final score was (1-2)


From High School and Beyond
Sarah had multiple colleges interested in her but the strong Soccer program and great opportunities of William Penn University in Iowa caught her eye. She was awarded an Athletic & Academic scholarship.
William Penn University
Sarah worked hard and finished her Bachelors Degree in Pre-Professional Biology with minors in Health and Chemistry.
She knows what its like to balance Athletics and Academics.




Starting to Coach
Sarah was given the opportunity to coach her senior year at William Penn. She was the assistant coach and had full charge of training the Goalkeepers. She helped the team to make it all the way to the regional finals after winning their conference.


Building No Matter The Skill Level
Sarah was able to take some of the women on the team to new levels through hard work and training. Keepers mentioned they really really missed having Sarah coach them after she graduated.
